The best time to visit Mauritius is from May to December when the weather is cool, dry and sunny. Expect some of Africa's best beaches, fresh seafood and long, sundrenched days on a Mauritius holiday. The island has a classic tropical climate with warm weather year-round.

Beaches - Notorious for its collection of absolutely stunning beaches, Mauritius has some stunning coastlines, from white coral sands, to lagoons of crystal clear waters, which show off the natural black volcanic rocks and the tropical mountains. The best beaches to visit include Peyrebere, Flic-en-Flac, Le Morne, Belle Mare, Blue Bay and Ile aux Cerfs.


Water Activities - Mauritius wouldn’t be renowned for its beaches if it didn’t provide a plethora of superlative water sports. Why not test the warm waters of the Indian Ocean by taking up a variety of water activities including snorkeling, pedaloing, kayaking, skiing, sea karting, surfing, stand up paddle boarding, glass bottom boat rides, scuba diving, catamaran cruises and big game fishing.

Port Louis - The capital of Mauritius has a lot to offer, from craft and food markets, to historical buildings and museums. For designer shopping and delicious dining, make your way to Le Caudan Waterfront, you will always find something fun going on around the area, from Chinese, artisan, seasonal and musical festivals that bring locals and tourists together.


Chamarel - Chamarel is a landmark not to be missed on your first trip to Mauritius, this unique volcanic geological site stands out from the crowd, with seven coloured hues that from on its surface, distorted from tropical weather conditions and water elements. Sugar, rum and tea.


Mauritius is known for its food productions, there are plenty of tours that you can book to see how sugar cane is crushed to make sugar, or distilled to make international award-winning rums. Visit historical and traditional tea fields where you can learn all about tea production and blends – don’t forget to take some back home to savour the tastes of your Mauritius honeymoon!

Pamplemousses Botanical Garden

The Botanical Garden is almost 300 years old and is one of the most visited attractions in Mauritius. Home to over 650 varieties of plants including medicine plants, baobaba, palmier, bouteille and giant water lilies, the Botanical Gardens also features a large spice garden. A quick-guided tour takes around an hour.

Trekking and hiking

Get closer to nature in Mauritius on a trek or hiking trail, proven to be one of the best ways to discover Le Pouce Mountain, which shows off incredible views of Port Louis, Le Mourne and the Black River Gorges eco-system. If you dare, cannoning in Mauritius is known to be an adventurous sport and is soon becoming one of the most thrilling things to do.

Cultural and Heritage Sites - There are two UNESCO Heritage Sites in Mauritius, the Aapravasi Ghat and Le Morne. The Vieux Grand Port heritage route takes you through time with intriguing historical structures, it takes between 1 and 2 hours to see all of the monuments in the Vieux Grand Port.

Day 1 - Port Louis

Upon arrival at Mauritius International Airport, you will be met by our local representative who will assist you with your transfer to the hotel in Mauritius. Spend the rest of the day at leisure and explore this piece of paradise on your own. Mauritius, a sparkling crystal in the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean, will fascinate you. The contrast of colours, cultures and tastes makes the island so charming that the scene is set for an unforgettable holiday.

Day 2 - Port Louis

You have an exciting day ahead of you today. After a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel, leave for your City Tour. Explore the northern region of the island including Caudan Waterfront, Visit of the World Unique Tea Factory, Drive through City, Citadel Fort & shopping at Bagatelle Mall of Mauritius.

Day 3 - Port Louis

The South Island awaits you! Head out for a full day tour of the exotic southern region of the island. Explore numerous places of interest such as Shivji Temple, Adams Duty Free Shop, Ship Model Factory and a visit to the spectacular Valley of Colours with its 23 coloured earth and numerous waterfalls.

Day 4 - Port Louis

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel today before your exciting Ile Aux Cerf Island Tour. Experience a thrilling speedboat ride across to the island of Ile Aux Cerf. Revel in the beauty of fine white sand and clear blue waters. Enjoy water sports activities like kayaking and parasailing or soak up some sun on the beach. One packed lunch per person will be offered during Ile Aux Cerfs tour.

Day 5 - Port Louis

After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the airport in time to board your flight back home.
