DAY 1 :-  ARRIVE BHOPAL

Arrive in the city divided by two lakes to begin your ‘Heartland of India’ tour You will be transferred to your hotel from Bhopal airport / railway station by our representative.  Head for a city tour in the afternoon, Bhopal can surprise you with its marvellous sights.  The day’s excursions will put you into a deep sleep tonight.

DAY 2 :- IN BHOPAL * DAY EXCURSION TO SANCHI (60 KMS / APPROX 2 HRS DRIVE)

Sanchi awaits your arrival today.  Drive its stupas, monasteries, temples and pillars dating back from the 3^rd Century BC to 12 Century AD and let the past transfigure your present. Bhopal will be your abode for the night.

DAY 3 :- ON TO PACHMARHI (190 KMS / APPROX 5 HRS DRIVE)

Morning will see you heading to Pachmarhi, a lovely hill resort surrounded by rugged hills, ravines, beautiful forests, breathtaking waterfalls and serene pools.  En route, visit Bhojpur and Bhimbetka Caves and trace the beginnings of human life on the Indian subcontinent before you head to your hotel in Pachmarhi for the night.

DAY 4 :-  IN PACHMARHI

Begin your day in the divinity of the cave temple of Jata Shankar and head to the caves of the Pandavas Extend the visits to splash around in the fairy pool before you wind the day with a pristing sunset at Dhupgarh Point.

DAY 5 : - ON TO KANHA (331 KMS / APPROX 8 HRS DRIVE)

Nature will take you into the wild today.  Proceed to the dense forest of kanha national Park and on arrival relax in the sounds of the forest.  Your hotel in Kanha has got you covered tonight.

DAY 6 : - IN KANHA

The morning will welcome you into the jungle.  Visit Kanha National Park known for saving the rare hard ground Swamp Deer (Barasingha) from near extinction and meet the inhabitants around.  You might be confused about who is watching whom.

DAY 7 :- ON TO JABALPUR (160 KMS / APPROX 4 HRS DRIVE)

Take the roads to Jabalpur and by noon you can visit Bhedaghat.  Enjoy a boat ride on (direct payment basis) on the river Narmada (Boats are available between November to May) and let the heartland deliver all that is has promised Rest well in its abode tonight.

Day 8 :-  DEPART JABALPUR

The heartland has taken you from the beginnings of mankind to the wonders of the present.  Leave the tour a little the wiser from all your excursions.
