Generally, the best months to visit Australia are September and October, when it's often still warm enough to hit the beach in the southern states, it's cool enough to tour Uluru, and the humidity and rains have not come to Cairns (although it will be very hot by Oct).

In addition to enjoying this picturesque lake you can ride the Queenstown Gondola and enjoy exciting luge rides, you can even have a lovely dinner at the fantastic Skyline Restaurant. And if you happen to be a thrill-seeking daredevil then perhaps you could spend a day parasailing or also try out the Nevis Bungy Jumping.
Day 1 Melbourne
Welcome to Melbourne. Compact and diverse, Melbourne is a perfect playground for adventurers and wildlife lovers, foodies and road trippers. Discover remote beaches and rugged coastlines, alpine outlooks and lush forests, all within easy reach of Melbourne, Australia's culinary capital. On arrival we will transfer you to your hotel. Relax and explore Melbourne in Tram Ride in Free Zone
Day 2 Melbourne
Take a breath and enjoy a relaxed and unhindered view of the Twelve Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge and London Bridge all before lunch, beating the traditional afternoon rush. En route let us take you on a journey inland, reaching Port Campbell National Park to marvel at the iconic limestone stacks in the morning. Spend the afternoon with your experienced Driver Guide, meandering along the winding Great Ocean Road, taking in the spectacular coastal scenery, the Otway Rainforest and seaside townships.
Day 3 Melbourne
Discover Melbourne’s famous laneways and arcades on foot with a local guide. See famous landmarks, popular street art and drive past renowned sporting locations. Hear local commentary; learn the history of Melbourne and how the city has become one of the most liveable cities in the world. Join a local guide to discover Melbourne’s laneways and arcades. Explore the city’s historic Royal and Block Arcades featuring classic mosaic tile flooring. Walk through Degraves Street, Flinders Lane with its vibrant cafés and bars, and Hosier Lane famous for its street art. Travel past impressive landmarks including Queen Victoria Markets, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Flinders Street Station and see the famous Melbourne hook turn. See the Australian Open Tennis venue and drive along the Australian Grand Prix track. Later in the afternoon we Visit Philip Island to See Penguin Parade. Just before sunset we head over to the Penguin Parade to take our spots at the beach, ready to see the hundreds of Little Penguins as they make their way across the sand and return to their burrows in the sand dunes. See them reunited with their partners, where they give each other a little kiss, do a dance, then waddle up and into their burrows. An unforgettable afternoon.
Day 4 Gold Coast
Today after breakfast we transfer you to Melbourne Airport for your flight to Gold Coast. It's famed for its long sandy beaches, surfing spots and elaborate system of inland canals and waterways. It’s also home to theme parks such as Dreamworld, Sea World and Wet’n’Wild. Inland, hiking trails crisscross Lamington National Park’s mountain ridges and valleys, home to rare birds and rainforest. On arrival transfer to your Hotel & rest of the day you are free to relax or explore the white-sandy beaches of Gold Coast (on own).
Day 5 Gold Coast
Dreamworld is a theme park and zoo situated on the Gold Coast in Queensland. It is Australia's biggest theme park with over 40 rides and attractions. The park is made up of several themed lands: Ocean Parade, DreamWorks Experience, ABC Kids World, Tiger Island and Corroboree. These lands have a collection of rides, animal exhibits, shows, food outlets and merchandise shops. Adventure and excitement can be found at every turn. Thrill-seekers can get their hearts racing with any of the Big 9 Thrill Rides including Pandamonium, Tower of Terror II, The Claw and Tailspin. Little ones will enjoy fun-filled rides like Escape from Madagascar, Big Red Boat Ride or Dorothy's Rosy Tea Cup Ride. Those on a quest for adventure will also find great attractions from DreamWorks Experience: Shrek's Faire Faire Away, Kung Fu Panda: Land of Awesomeness, Madagascar Madness and Madagascar Live! Dreamworld is also home to Australian wildlife, including a huge population of koalas, while Bengal and Sumatran tigers rule at Tiger Island. OR Sea World is a marine mammal park, oceanarium, and theme park located on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. Day 6 Gold Coast
Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary has been conserving native wildlife and nurturing the local indigenous heritage for over 70 years. This regional treasure has also been educating and entertaining families and tourists from all across the globe. So naturally, the animal attraction is at the heart of Gold Coast history. You’d be hard pressed to find a local who hasn’t experienced the renowned wild rainbow lorikeet feeding. But over the decades, Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary has, more importantly, served as a haven to a myriad of native Australian animals — big, small, flourishing and endangered. Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, officially renamed in 1995, is now a heritage-listed zoological garden set across 27 hectares of natural eucalyptus-rich bushland and rainforest. The park was deemed to be of great importance to the evolution of the state’s history, and was subsequently added to the Queensland Heritage Register in 2009. Today, the Sanctuary is home to native mammals, reptiles, birdlife and amphibians as well as some exotic species. Strong support from locals and the emergence of ecotourism has allowed the Sanctuary to thrive since its inception.
Day 7 Sydney
After breakfast and depending on your flight timings we will transfer you to Brisbane / Gold Coast Airport for flight to Sydney. On arrival we transfer you to your hotel in Sydney. Later in the evening you can proceed to explore this beautiful & vibrant city on your own.
Day 8 Sydney
Discover Sydney at your own pace. Big Bus hop-on, hop-off bus tours give you the freedom to explore the best of Sydney at your own pace. Hop off the tour as many times as you like within the validity period of your ticket, and simply hop on again when you're ready. Alternatively, you are very welcome to remain on board for the entire tour. Using your valid 24 Hours Hop On Hop Ticket you can utilise 4 Ticket Combination (within Standard Opening Hours) entry to Sydney Tower Eye, Wildlife Sydney Zoo & Madame Tussauds.
Day 9 Sydney
Discover this beautiful North Coast region - white sandy beaches and the sparkling waters of the Pacific Ocean. Ride the wave crests with the dolphins in the azure waters of sheltered Port Stephens where forests, villages and stately homes meet with the sea. Visit spectacular Port Stephens and waterways. Search for the local pods of bottlenose dolphins - watch as they play on the bow waves or why not have a go at boom netting! Listen to the dolphins underwater or be entertained with informative commentary and spectacular scenery. Hop on board your modern 4WD vehicle and try the thrilling experience of sand boarding on Stockton Sand dunes
Day 10 Auckland
After breakfast we transfer you to Sydney Airport for your flight to Auckland. Auckland is New Zealand's largest city and main transport hub. The region is home to some 1.5 million people and is also the largest Polynesian city in the world. Imagine an urban environment where everyone lives within half an hour of beautiful beaches, hiking trails and a dozen enchanting holiday islands. Add a sunny climate, a background rhythm of Polynesian culture and a passion for outstanding food, wine and shopping, and you’re beginning to get the picture of Auckland, New Zealand, our largest and most diverse city. On arrival, our local representative will meet & privately transfer guests to the Hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure.
Day 11 Auckland
Discover first-hand why Auckland is regarded as one of the best places in the world to live, with a half-day tour of its scenic highlights. Travel through the city centre, including Auckland’s famous Queen Street, Karangahape Road with its chequered past and eclectic vibe and fashionable Ponsonby. Cross over the Auckland Harbour Bridge, enjoying views of the Hauraki Gulf and city skyline, and visit the Viaduct Harbour and the revitalised Silo Park waterfront precinct. See historic buildings around the University of Auckland before continuing over Grafton Bridge to the Auckland Domain. The Domain is the city’s oldest park and, at 75 hectares, one of its largest. Developed around an extinct volcano, it features tropical gardens, duck ponds and public art, and is also home to the Auckland War Memorial Museum. Later we Visit Kelly Tarlton’s SEA Life Aquarium, it is one of Auckland's Top Visitor Attractions! Offering a unique Southern Oceans experience with 30 exhibits, more than 80 different species and 13 different zones!
Day 12 Rotorua
After breakfast we proceed to Rotorua (located approximately at 340 Kms). Travel south through the fertile Waikato region to arrive at Waitomo. Enjoy a guided tour of the famous Glowworm Caves including an underground boat ride followed by lunch. Continue to Rotorua and visit Agrodome Farm Show on arrival followed by a guided tour and Maori Cultural Performance at Te Puia Thermal Reserve.
Day 13 Queenstown
After breakfast you have some free time at leisure. Fly to Queenstown (airfare is NOT included); depending on the flight booked. On arrival in Queenstown Check-In to your hotel. Queenstown sits on the shore of crystal clear Lake Wakatipu among dramatic alpine ranges; it’s rumoured that gold prospectors - captivated by the majestic beauty of the surrounding mountains and rivers - gave this now cosmopolitan town its name. With a smorgasbord of outdoor activities, Queenstown is the home of the ultimate adventure bucket list. There’s skiing from winter right through to spring, and activities such as bungy jumping, sky diving, canyon swinging, jet boating, horse trekking and river rafting all year round. It is also a renowned cycling destination, providing everything from easy scenic tracks to backcountry trails, road rides to heli-biking and the Southern Hemisphere’s only gondola accessed downhill mountain biking.
Day 14 - Queenstown
Follow the southern arm of Lake Wakatipu to Lumsden, and onward to Lake Te Anau. Enter the Eglinton Valley and travel through the breath taking man made Homer Tunnel to reach Milford Sound. Enjoy a cruise on this world famous fiord, dominated by Mitre Peak and the cascading Bowen Falls. Return to Queenstown later today.
Day 15 - Queenstown
A free day to explore the endless optional attractions available. Queenstown offers bungy jumping, jetboating, white water rafting, gondola rides and much more. Optional activities not included in the tour price.
Day 16 - Queenstown
After Breakfast, your tour concludes with a transfer to Airport for your flight to onward destination. We trust you enjoyed your vacation to Australia & New Zealand
